To plan your trip, we generally recommend using our online timetable, as it is updated more frequently; the timetable in the Railplanner app itself gets updated four times a week.
If you do not see the same results in your app as in our website's timetable, this could be directly related to the fact that some journeys are not yet updated in the Rail Planner app's timetable.
! Always make sure that you have the latest version of the Rail Planner app installed, then try to check the timetable again.
In the event that you wish to add a specific journey already to the Pass, you can add the journey manually:
- You just need to double check the details of your journey on our website's online timetable or relevant railway company timetable (check an overview of railway companies where the pass is valid here).
-
You can then enter all the information about the journey yourself. To do so, just type the name of the station you have in mind; a message will then appear. From there, click 'add your journey manually'.
Extra tips:
- Make sure you’ve also tried writing the station names in the local language.
- Check whether you have any filters enabled in your search bar; filters can interfere with search results sometimes.
- Note that we depend on the information sent to us by the railway companies. It might be possible that some schedules (for a later date) are not yet provided to us and subsequently are not showing on our timetable. We would recommend checking our timetables at a later date. Once we receive new schedules from the respective railway companies, the new information will be updated on our end as well.
