If you see an error while booking or paying for your seat reservations, the steps below often fix it. You might see messages like:
- “Sorry, the following seat reservations could not be booked.”
- “Sorry, something went wrong.”
Already paid?
If you saw the error after paying, don’t place another order. Log in to your account and check Reservations overview. If your reservations are there, they’re booked. If you were charged but they aren’t there, contact us.
Try these steps
- Use another browser or a private window. Try booking again in a different browser, or in an incognito or private window.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Stored data can sometimes get in the way of booking. After clearing it, log in again and try once more.
- Try another device. Book from a different computer, tablet or phone.
- Book fewer trains at once. Payment works best with fewer than four train reservations per order, so split bigger bookings into separate orders.
