Before you board your train, confirm your journey in the app. This is how you get your ticket for travel:
- Go to the journey in your trip.
- Tap Confirm journey.
That's it. Your ticket is ready to show.
Good to know
- If you're travelling today, confirming your journey uses a travel day. You can’t get this travel day back, even if you cancel the journey.
- Some trains require a seat reservation. You’ll see which ones you need to book in the app.
- Already booked a seat elsewhere? Tap Confirm journey, then I already got a seat reservation.
- No Confirm journey button? You may need to add the journey to your trip first.
