Please check if the Pass validity, type and class you have added is included in the Promotion, as not all Pass validities, types or classes are always included.
Another possibility is that you added the Pass before the Promo started. The cart does not update after adding a Pass, so in this case please remove the previously added Passes from the cart, and add them again with the Promotional discount.
