Unfortunately, Eurail identified external access to one of our systems that resulted in unauthorised access to customer data. Once detected, we further secured our systems and launched an investigation with external cybersecurity experts and legal advisors.
The investigation into the full scope of the incident and its potential impact on customers has now concluded. We are now in the process of informing customers whose personal data was accessed and copied from our customer database.
