- These Promo Passes have a 7-day cooling-off period, meaning they are fully refundable within 7 days (168 hours) from the moment of purchase, if inactivated.
- After 7 days (168 hours) from purchase, the Promo Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if inactivated.
